What is goal? 

    

Goal or objective consists of a projected state of affairs which a person or a system plans or intends to achieve or bring about—a personal or organizational desired end-point in some sort of assumed development. Family goals Diet & fitness goals Mindset and behaviour goals Financial goals Career goals

Set SMART goals to maximize goal setting succcess Each step on the ladder can be thought of as one of your short-term goals. As you progress up the ladder, you complete each short-term goal which moves you closer to your ultimate success.

How do you feel about the goal?  

Goals should have a Wow factor. If you are setting your goals yourself think through why you are setting the goal. How are you going to feel when you succeed? What will that give you? Write out your goal and keep it somewhere where you can refer to it every day. Keep track of progress. Re-plan how you are going to achieve your goal and go for it!
