Site Analysis

METHODOLOGY PROPOSED FOR PERFORMING THE ASSIGNMENT Site Investigation: Site Investigation Team (which consists of Personnel from design, erection & tendering) will conduct the site investigation at the proposed site. And they will submit a detailed report about the proposed site. Site Analysis: Site Investigation team will conducts an assessment of the proposed Project Site. Which include the assessment of potential of solar energy available at the proposed site, Structural, Electrical and Environmental aspects of the proposed site. Site Clearance: After finishing the site analysis, the Site Investigation team will issues the site clearance report for the proposed site. System Design: Design Engineers of will carry out the detailed Engineering Analysis. Then they will estimate the type of panels, mounting structures, inverter, battery, charge controller and other system components. After that they finalize the specification and quantity of each item as per the design. Procurement: After finishing of system design, Procurement team will float enquiry to various vendors. A material Procurement Engineer at Head Office in Chennai will be responsible for the procurement and expediting of various equipment as per agreed project schedule. System Acceptance Test: After choosing the Vendors for supply of various equipments, our representative will visit the client manufacturing unit and check whether the products meeting their specification or not. If it is ok we will issue purchase order to them. Storing: Arrangement for storage facilities for the panels, mounting structure, inverters and other components are made. A Store keeper will be deputed for managing the inventory and dispatch of goods or materials from the storage camp. He should ensure that good or material are available at right quantity at right time.

Construction: Construction Engineer will be allocated for the execution of the work. He will carry out the work along with the one or more Site Engineer, Supervisor and few Labours and they manages the entire erection & commissioning process, including the logistics, system integration, civil work and if require, the power evacuation also.           

System Monitoring: The system performance is continuously monitored by using PLC and the information is stored. Which help us to know the system status and it is also useful for the future studies. Testing & Commissioning: After the commissioning of whole power plant, it is tested for whether it meeting all specification as per the design. Operation & Maintenance: We also provide operation and maintenance for the proposed project if it is required. One team will be formed for the operation and maintenance of the plant, they will do the monthly or annual maintenance.
