Silver Jubilee Celebrations 09

CIRCULAR TO ALL Silver Jubilee Celebrations at Lulu Center, Trichur, Kerala We are all anxious to attend the Silver Jubilee Celebrations to be held at Lulu Centre, Thrichur, Kerala from 14.12.09 to 18.12.09. We have to make this a “ Grand Event” in the history of Jyothy Laboratories. For this, we have to literally follow the true spirit of the occasion. Each one of us has the moral duty to rise to the occasion and make the Eastern Zone the model zone for others. − There will be March past on 15.12.09 and also on 18.12.09 at the time of closing ceremony. Dress code for both the occasion is white & white. 10 persons can wear traditional dress of their state. −

Every one has to carry one Kg of “Haven” materials for Yagna (Homam). Name tag to be attached to the pocket. This should be handed over to Mr. A.Ramachandran on arrival at Trichur.

− One Ltr. Clean water from important rivers of our area in a bottle to be carried. Name of the rivers should be written on the bottle. − Soil from important places of our area to be carried in packets. Name of the place to be mentioned. − Shorts are not allowed. − Participants of Sports & Cultural Programme should carry necessary instruments, kits, dress & shoes. − Company will provide black shoes & belts. White & white dress materials already supplied. −

Participants in more than one Sports & Cultural Programme must see that the same is not overlapping each other.

− There will be blood donation on 15.12.2009.

Guidelines to be followed

− We must participate in all Sports & Cultural events well prepared with the objective of winning a prize and appreciation. − To win a prize and appreciation, we must be self disciplined in all respects. −

We must be punctual and we must report in time even for dining.

− Distinguished guests and our colleagues from different states will assemble there. So, we must behave properly and politely. −

All of us must be neatly dressed and should not loiter unnecessary in the hotel premises or event premises.

State in charge is the co coordinator for the state and every one should follow his instructions.

− From the date of commencement of our journey, till we reach back our destination, remember that we are on duty, attending the function of our organization and not on a holiday trip. − While travelling, we should not disturb our co-passengers or our colleagues. − Take care of the luggage and other belongings. − Carry one luggage with sufficient cloths and other necessary items for 10 days approx. −

Company has arranged the tickets. Other expenses should be borne by individually. Coordinator will explain regarding re imbursement.

At the time of Cultural events or Sports events, every one should encourage the participants. Do not shout or create any noisy scene.

− Hotel properties should not be destroyed complaint should come regarding this.

We request every one to follow the above guidelines meticulously. If anyone found violating the above guidelines and doing anything against the spirit of the occasion, stringent action will be recommended against him. Everybody is watching us. So, we must be model for others. Hope, all of you have under stood the importance of this Ujala Silver Jubilee Celebration. Come, let Eastern Zone play an important role in the success of this Utsav.
