Laboratorium Teknik Material 1

Materials Engineering Laboratory -1

Laboratorium Teknik Material I merupakan kegiatan praktikum yang berisi materi pengujian-pengujian sifat mekanik suatu material dimana modulnya terdiri dari Uji Tarik, Uji Keras, Uji Puntir, Uji Lentur dan Kekakuan, Uji Lelah dan Uji Impak.

Lab modules : Tensile test, hardness test, torsion test, bending and rigidity test, wear test and impact test

Laboratorium Teknik Material I merupakan kegiatan praktikum yang berisi materi pengujian-pengujian sifat mekanik suatu material. Sifa-sifat mekanik (mechanical properties) suatu material merupakan salah satu kajian utama di dalam teknik material. Karena pengetahuan yang baik terhadap sifat mekanik suatu material maka kita dapat mengetahui kualitas material tersebut dan mengetahui aplikasinya di dunia industri. Melalui praktikum ini praktikan juga belajar tentang prosedur pengujian yang baik serta dapat menghitung besaran-besaran sifat mekanik dari suatu material. Modul praktikum terdiri dari: Uji Tarik, Uji Keras, Uji Puntir, Uji Lentur dan Kekakuan, Uji Lelah dan Uji Impak.

Lab modules : Tensile test, hardness test, torsion test, bending and rigidity test, wear test and impact test

1. Able to demonstrate understanding on fundamental theory of mechanical testing of materials, such as tensile, hardness, bending and impact testing (CS2) 2. Able to solve problem related to mechanical testing of materials (CS2) 3. Able to demonstrate understanding on mechanical testing tools (DK2) 4. Able to analyze the data from mechanical testing tools (DS3)
