Another situation that requires silence is a circumstance where people are in argument, it’s best to be silent in such a scenario. The importance of being quiet is that a person can make wise options; they can make analysis before a judgement; silence helps for introspection of oneself; being silent can also can be a mode of communication; being quiet is a sign of respect. On the other hand silence can be bad in that if misinterpreted might give a wrong impression, and also this depends on the circumstance at hand.
