Glide Crouch down lifting opposite leg off the floor Shift body weight onto back leg Kick opposite leg out in a controlled fashion Pull other foot quickly underneath body
Release Drive hips forwards before shoulders Turn body as travelling from low to high Release ‘shot’ when legs and trunk fully extend Keep elbow high throughout the throw
