Short Course on Environmental Planning (SCEnP)
This short course aims to provide deeper understanding and knowledge of the environmental planning field, especially among planning practitioners, local development planning officers, and researchers. This also intends to serve as a refresher or review for those who are planning to take the Environmental Planning Licensure Exam. The Short Course on Environmental Planning was first offered in 2015. Six-day lecture session, with options either weekends (three consecutive weekends), or intensive sessions (Monday to Saturday) Held every April to May in time for the June Board Examination

Planning course in the Philippines, a four-year curricular program under the Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology. As of 2017, DCERP has 14 faculty members, one REPS, one administrative staff, and two non-government workers. The Short Course is initiated by the DCERP Chair, Asst. Prof. Efraim D. Roxas, EnP, and HUMEIN Phils. Inc. President Asst. Prof. Ricardo M. Sandalo. Ms. Sandra Samantela, EnP, URA, serves as coordinator. Lecturers are faculty members and licensed environmental planners who are alumni of the department.
