Design
JBT Corporation vehicles set the industry standard for durability with rugged yet elegantly simple designs. The vehicle’s mobile PC controller operates in the harshest of environments and includes a color graphics touch screen display for userfriendly, intuitive operation with little or no training.
Navigation
JBT Corporation AGVs feature laser guidance which is the premier choice for AGV navigation because of its unmatched accuracy and flexibility. JBT Corporation is the only AGV supplier who owns and maintains laser guidance technology. Our laser navigation system can be supplemented with magnets, inertial and machine vision guidance to handle applications where multiple forms of navigation are necessary. Vehicles using any of these forms of guidance can travel at speeds up to 2.0m/s with precision accuracy.
Safety
JBT Corporation vehicles are equipped with 360 safety protection and all safety devices are routinely and automatically tested during normal operation. Vehicles meet or exceed CAT 3 and Performance Level PLd safety standards.
