The Problem

:

The Unemployability Crisis12 in India

India with its 1.1billion plus population, which is growing at around 2.2% per annum finds itself in a unique position. It has one of the youngest demographics in the world which should drive consumption and the economy for the next few decades. Yet if you talk to any industry leader from any sector of the economy, they all face one common problem – unavailability of productive human resources.

SEFS: SEFS partners public and private universities and integrates the entire people supply chain from these institutions with the industry. SEFS aspires to occupy the space of integrator in the space of “Employability Solutions”, similar to IBM in the IT space. SEFS Target Group : Students enrolled in the current public & private education system.
