Prepaid Tariff Plans - “I love…” Tariff plan “I love…” The tariff plan “I love…” is conceived especially for loving couples. The package includes 2 prepaid numbers, which are set as Beloved Numbers for each other.  With the prepaid tariff plan “I love…” the tariff for calls and SMS between you and your weetheart is only 4 AMD. Moreover, talking to each other during the night (00:00-07:00), you receive free airtime equal to the total duration of the night calls to be spent on calling each other in the daytime (07:00-24:00).  The 2 Beloved Numbers have a common account, which can be recharged both by you and your sweetheart. •If during the day, the total duration of outgoing on-net calls exceeds 5 minutes and a new on-net call starts before the end of the day (0:00) and ends up on the next day, 5 AMD/minute tariff is applied for the total duration of the call. However, minutes of such a call are not counted within the duration of the first 5 minutes of on-net calls made on the next day. •Minutes of calls to free numbers (such as 111) are not counted within the duration of the first 5 minutes of on-net calls of that day. •"My World" and “SMS Package” services are not available for subscribers of the tariff plan “Number 5”. •The tariff 5 AMD/SMS does not apply to Premium SMS. •The tariff 5 AMD/SMS does not apply to anonymous SMS sent through SMS Pahmtoci service and to replies of those SMS. •In case the subscriber has a bonus account, when switching to the tariff plan “Number 5” the bonus account is frozen.

Prepaid Tariff Plans -“18+” Tariff plan "18+" enables subscribers to create a group and communicate within the group at fantastic low tariffs. It is especially convenient for youth, who like to communicate with their friends not only by calls, but also via SMS/MMS, through the Internet and especially through wap.odnoklassniki.ru.  To switch to "18+" tariff plan, just dial *131*808#. The switching fee is 300 AMD.  Any subscriber of "18+" tariff plan can create a group just by sending invitations of joining the group to other VivaCell-MTS subscribers.

•Accumulation and spending of special airtime is carried out based on seconds. •The subscriber can accumulate special airtime even after the validity period expires, but can use it only after recharging the card. •Subscribers of the tariff plan “Extra” cannot present free airtime in the framework or the promotion devoted to the month of women and beauty. •In case the subscriber has free airtime, when switching to the tariff plan “Extra” it becomes zero. •The special airtime cannot be used for making calls while roaming.

Prepaid Tariff Plans changing - Tariff Plan Switching Prepaid subscribers can switch from one tariff plan to another without changing the GSM number. Tariff plan switch is fast, affordable and easy to use.

My World The "My World" service enables you to choose up to 3 numbers and talk to the subscribers of those numbers at lower tariffs. Two of the numbers could be from VivaCell-MTS network, and the third one can be either VivaCell-MTS or any CIS number. The "My World” service is available to both prepaid and postpaid subscribers*. Choose up to 3 people to whom you talk most and include their numbers in the “My World” list. The first 3 additions of numbers in the list are free of charge.

Short Message Service (SMS) The Short Message Service enables you to send local and international text messages. One message is limited to160 alphanumeric characters in length including spaces and punctuation marks. If the message exceeds 160 characters (70 characters in Cyrillic letters) the recipient will receive the SMS into 2 or more messages (up to 5 SMS). Each extra message will incur additional charges according to the tariff plan. SMS Pahmtoci SMS Pahmtoci service enables you to send anonymous SMS to other VivaCell-MTS subscribers, and allows the latter to reply to the anonymous messages received. In order to send an anonymous SMS, you need to send your message to the short number 777 in the following format: [recipient’s phone number] [reply text] The recipient will get the message from the number 777 without seeing the sender’s phone number. A special code will be mentioned in the SMS, via which one can reply to the message. In order to reply, he just need to send an SMS to the short number 777 in the following format: [Mentioned code] [reply text]  For example, in order to anonymously greet the subscriber of the number 077297777, send to the short number 777: 077297777 Hello In this case the latter will receive the following message from the number 777: Hello Send a reply to 777 as follows: [code] the reply text. Fee - 20AMD   The price of 1 anonymous SMS is 111 AMD. And the price of a reply message to an anonymous SMS is 20 AMD. If you don’t want to receive anonymous SMS, then you can block them by calling 111. Notes: Anonymous SMS can be sent only to VivaCell-MTS subscribers. Texts of the anonymous SMS and its reply should be written in Latin letters, and the length of the texts should not exceed 150 symbols. The service is not available while roaming.

SMS Package SMS Package service offers new, more convenient way of sending SMS to those prepaid subscribers who often communicate via SMS. Just choose one of the available SMS packages and send on-net SMS at a much lower tariff.

All prices include VAT.   In order to get an SMS package, dial *767*package size# When sending on-net SMS while having an SMS package, messages of the SMS package are consumed first, after which regular charging according to the tariffs of the current tariff plan starts. For example, by dialing *767*100#, you will get 100 SMS to be sent on-net and 800 AMD will be charged from your account. And only starting from the 101st SMS regular charging according to the tariffs of the current tariff plan starts. The validity period of all SMS packages is 30 days. SMS not used during this period are not transferred to the next month. However, in case of getting another SMS package before the validity period of the first one expires, SMS package validity period again becomes 30 days and the new SMS are added to the unused ones from the previous SMS package. Call Me You really need to make a call? Run out of credit or suspended outgoing calls? Call Me service allows you to make free requests to VivaCell-MTS subscribers to call you. It is so convenient for those prepaid subscribers who have insufficient or zero balance in their account. Now they can send a Call Me request and wait for a call. Postpaid subscribers can also benefit from this service and send Call Me requests even when outgoing calls and SMS are suspended. Using the service is very easy. All you need is to dial *127*recipient’s phone number# For example: *127*093298888# Subscribers can send up to 3 Call Me requests per day.

Voice Mail (VMS) By activating the Voice Mail service, you enable the callers to leave you voice messages when your line is busy, your phone is switched off or out of coverage, or when you don’t answer the call. If you wish you can record your personal greeting and those who call you instead of the standard greeting will hear your message.   To use the service you simply need to forward the calls to the number 093297130. Then call the short number 130 and follow the voice prompts. After a while you will receive your password via SMS.   To listen to the messages left in your mailbox, you need to call 130 from your mobile phone, or call 093297130 (or  +37...  ) from any other phone and enter your number and the password provided.   Note: VivaCell-MTS shall not bear any responsibility for the content of personal greetings of subscribers. The subscriber shall bear full responsibility for the content of the personal greeting, and for the intellectual property right infringement of third parties. 

GOOD´OK Be special! Be innovative! Be different! GOOD´OK service is your way to be all that. Replace the standard ring back tone with pleasant melodies, modern hits or funny jokes and expressions.   No more Tu-tu…With GOOD´OK service all subscribers calling you will listen to a pleasant melody. You will also be able to: Buy the melodies, jokes and expressions you prefer Choose melodies for individual subscribers or groups of subscribers calling you Set the time when the melodies will be played Present a melody to a friend Order the same melody for you and for your friend at once Default melody As soon as the service is activated, the default melody will be assigned to all subscribers calling you. However you can also set as default the melody you prefer.   Personal list You can buy melodies of different genres, numerous funny jokes or expressions for an extra fee. Each time when you buy a melody or a joke, it is added to your personal list.   The validity period of each melody is 30 days, after which the melody is removed from your personal list. However you can keep the melody extending its validity period before it expires.   The GOOD´OK service is provided by VivaCell-MTS. However, all melodies, jokes and expressions, except for the default melody assigned upon service activation, are made available to the subscribers by content-providers listed below. The content providers bear sole responsibility for the melodies, jokes and expressions. Any issue or question related to the melodies, jokes and expressions shall be addressed directly to the content provider offering it.

GOOD´OK Setting rules You can set your own rules for GOOD'OK service:  Assign melodies for individual subscribers Create groups of subscribers and assign melodies for them Define the time when the subscriber or members of a group will listen to the melody assigned to them Music Box In order that the subscribers calling you do not get bored listening to the same melody you can include melodies from your personal list in the Music Box. And if the Music Box is activated, every time instead of the default one, a randomly selected melody from the Music Box will be played.   Melodies from the Music Box are not played when certain rules are already set for a respective phone number.   Profile Activating GOOD´OK service, you create your personal profile, where your personal list, the rules set for Music Box, individual subscribers and groups are kept.   In case of service deactivation, your profile with all melodies and settings is kept in the system for 30 days. During this period you can restore your personal profile reactivating the service*. In case you do not restore your profile within these 30 days, it will be permanently deleted from the system. All these are possible owing to the exciting technology of GPRS (General Packet Radio Service). Moreover, you can use your phone as a modem for a computer. Internet: Anywhere, Anytime GPRS enables you to have Internet access anywhere within the coverage area. Anytime, round the clock, instant Internet access is available to you. It requires very short set-up time, and you can stay connected as long as you want. Also out of Armenia VivaCell-MTS has GPRS roaming partners throughout the world and their number is continually growing. While roaming in the networks of those operators, you can use the GPRS service as well. Apart from the Internet access, it also enables to send and receive MMS while traveling. Pay for What You Use One of the advantages of GPRS is that you pay only for the actual volume of transferred/received data, and not for the connection time. Continue to Receive Calls You still need uninterrupted mobile services? No worries. When online, you can continue to make and receive calls, as well as send and receive SMS and MMS messages. Your data session will be temporarily put on hold and resumed as soon as the conversation is over or the message is received. To get started To use the service, you should have a GPRS-compatible mobile phone, and configure it with one of the available methods. For the prepaid subscribers the service is activated by default. Classic subscribers need to visit one of VivaCell-MTS Service Centers to activate their GPRS. GPRS activation for a Corporate subscriber can be implemented upon request of either the company's director or the authorized representative along with a letter of attorney. Another option is that the Corporate subscriber himself or herself can visit the nearest VivaCell-MTS Service Center with a letter of attorney and request for GPRS activation for a certain number.

What is MMS?

MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is a modern way of messaging which enables you to create and exchange messages containing melodies, full color images, photos and large texts. Using a phone with a built-in camera you can take a picture and send it immediately to your friends. Make them happy with an original animated postcard or surprise them with voice messages - everything depends on your imagination! Discover the colorful world of MMS! All VivaCell-MTS subscribers can enjoy this service. You can also send MMS to any e-mail address. The maximum allowed size for 1 MMS is 300KB.     How to configure your mobile phone?   If you are a VivaCell-MTS subscriber using an MMS enabled handset, you can configure it by one of these 4 methods: automatically* via website (see How to Configure the Mobile Phone for GPRS Via Website ) via SMS manually *The phone can be configured automatically only if the number is prepaid When you send an MMS to a VivaCell-MTS subscriber who uses a mobile phone which does not support MMS messaging (either because the phone is not configured accordingly or due to the fact that the recipient is subscribed to another local GSM operator), the messaging recipient will receive an SMS notification about your MMS. This SMS will contain a unique password along with a link to http://mmviewer.vivacell.am. The recipient will still be able to view the multimedia message by visiting the above mentioned web page and entering the mobile number including the country code (+37493xxxxxx) and the password provided.

New Day

The New Day service allows all prepaid subscribers to convert funds in their account into validity. To make a conversion just dial *120*amount to convert# and you will receive additional validity period corresponding to the mentioned amount: 1 day = 30 AMD.   For example, in case of dialing *120*300#, 300 AMD will be charged from your account and the validity period will be extended by 10 days. Notes: After the conversion, the remainder of the subscriber’s account should be not less than 200 AMD. The service is not available after the end of prepaid card validity period. Amount from the bonus account cannot be converted into validity.

Distant Call (VoIP*) Distant Call service enables you to make international calls at lower tariffs. Help Me The Help Me service allows you to make a request to transfer funds to your prepaid account just by sending a free-of-charge SMS indicating the expected amount. You can make Help Me requests even having 0 balance in your account. To make a Help Me request, just dial *124*recipient’s phone number*amount requested# For example: *124*077297777*500# After the Help Me request has been sent the recipient receives a message informing that you are asking to recharge your account with the mentioned amount. In case the recipient agrees to help you, he/she can make a transfer of funds to your account through Poghancum service. The service is free-of-charge and available to all prepaid subscribers.   Notes: You can send Help Me requests only to VivaCell-MTS prepaid subscribers. Each subscriber can make up to 5 Help Me requests per day. The requested amount should be a multiple of 100, from 200 to 20000 AMD. Subscribers can make or receive Help Me requests only in active state.  

Poghancum Poghancum allows prepaid subscribers to transfer funds from one prepaid account to another.   So, now you can share the funds on your account with your friends or receive funds from other prepaid subscribers when you need it.   In order to make a transfer from your prepaid account just dial from your mobile phone the following:   *126*recipient’s phone number*amount to transfer#   (for example, *126*093298888*500# )   and the amount will be credited to the recipient’s account immediately.   The service fee is 30 AMD (including VAT) per transfer.   Poghancum - Now you can share…   Notes: The transferred amount should be a multiple of 100, from 200 to 20000 AMD. Remainder of the account balance after making a transfer should be not less than 300 AMD. Transfer can be made only after recharging the account at least once. The service is not available after the end of prepaid card validity period. Transfers can be made only within VivaCell-MTS prepaid subscribers. Transfer of funds shall be deemed as transfer of the right to receive services within the respective amount, and such amount cannot be encashed.  

CLIP The Calling Line Identification Presentation (CLIP) feature enables you to display the caller's number on the mobile phone screen.

CIR   The Caller Identification Restriction (CIR) feature enables you to hide your number when calling.   Your number will not be displayed on the screen of your correspondent's mobile phone. 

Pahmtoci The Pahmtoci service allows you to hide your number anytime you wish when making a call.   The service fee is 2000 AMD/month for prepaid subscribers, and 1500 AMD/month - for postpaid subscribers.   Prepaid subscribers may activate the service by dialing *225# Postpaid subscribers may activate the service by visiting the nearest service center and filling in the respective request form.   To use this service: select Hide ID from Call Settings menu before making a call or enter  #31# before the number you are going to call.

Call Forwarding The Call Forwarding (CF) feature enables you to forward the incoming calls to another pre-selected number*.   There are following Call Forwarding Services: call forwarding in all cases call forwarding in case the subscriber didn't answer call forwarding in case the subscriber rejected the call call forwarding in case the subscriber's line is not reachable or the phone is switched off call forwarding in case the subscriber's line is busy Call Forwarding can be set on specific type of calls: Telephone call Fax call Data transmission To activate the feature, from your handset menu select Settings > Call settings > Call divert, and choose the type of Call Forwarding service.   To activate or deactivate the feature, you may also use the following commands: *21*phone number# call forwarding in all cases *67*phone number# call forwarding in case the subscriber's line is busy *61*phone number*seconds# call forwarding in case the subscriber didn't answer during the mentioned seconds *62*phone number# call forwarding in case the subscriber's line is not reachable or the phone is switched off ##002# deactivation of call forwarding in all cases   Depending on the model of your handset, the activation may differ from the above-mentioned, so you can refer to your handset manual guide.   *Some old phone models do not support Call Forwarding service.  

Call Wait/Call Hold The Call Waiting feature (CW) informs you that another party is trying to reach you, while you are on another call. You can answer the incoming call, reject it or simply ignore it.   The Call Hold feature (CH) allows you to place an active call on hold and initiate another one or answer an incoming call. The active and on-hold calls can be freely interchanged. 

Conference Call This service enables you to have a simultaneous conversation with more than one party. The number of parties can be increased to a maximum number of six (including the inviting party plus five others). The Conference Call service requires the CH/CW features.

Call Barring Call Barring (CB) feature gives the possibility to bar calls.   Call Barring Services: All calls barring - you won't be able to make or receive calls or to send/receive SMS or to use other features offered by VivaCell-MTS Network. (this service is available only upon special request).    Incoming calls barring - you can only make outgoing calls, but cannot receive incoming calls.   Outgoing calls barring - you can not make outgoing calls, you can only recieve incoming calls.   Outgoing international calls barring - you can make only local calls, in case you are on roaming you can make calls only locally (in the country where you roam).   Outgoing international calls barring while on roaming - you can make only outgoing local calls  (in the country where you roam) and calls to RA. Incoming calls barring while on roaming - you can not receive calls while on roaming, you will be able to receive calls when you are registered (recognized by) in VivaCell-MTS network.  You can also bar following Services: All calls Voice calls Fax & Data   To activate this feature enter Setup>Security>Barring from you handset and set the requested call barring type. (For more info please refer to your handset manual guide)  In any case you can make outgoing calls to VivaCell-MTS Customer Care and emergency services  

Recharge Options There are various options to recharge your prepaid card.   Recharge Cards You can buy а recharge card from any VivaCell-MTS Service Center or Point of Sale. Secretary This service informs you about the calls that you were not able to receive as a result of your line being busy, or your phone being switched off or out of coverage.   You receive a short message containing the caller’s phone number, call date and time. In case the line is busy, you receive the messages immediately. If the phone is switched off or you are out of coverage, then, as soon as you become reachable, Secretary will meet you with the messages containing missed calls details. Messages are not sent when. The caller uses CIR or Pahmtoci service You are using Call Forward or Voice Mail service The service is free of charge and is available for all VivaCell-MTS subscribers.   To deactivate  the service please dial *142*0#. On-Line Recharging

Classic The Classic is a traditional postpaid product. As such, the subscriber is not required to recharge an account when it runs low. Unlike the prepaid card, services are provided by credit. Dues are settled within 15 days after the issue date of the bill. There is a monthly fee which already includes many features. Additional features are also available with extra subscription fee.   Classic also provides 100 minutes of free on-net airtime monthly. While making on-net calls the free airtime is consumed first, after which regular charging with Classic card tariffs starts. The free airtime, not used in the same month, is not transferred to the next month. Corporate solutions (Notes) This corporate tariff plan applies also to the persons and entities referred to by the primary subscriber to this tariff plan as its associate subscribers (e.g. employees, shareholders, affiliated persons, etc.), provided that the primary subscriber undertakes joint and several liability in the manner satisfactory to VivaCell-MTS for the complete repayment of the associate subscribers’ overdue debts. It shall be deemed that the primary subscriber is the agent of the associated subscribers acting in its own name but at the expense of the respective associated subscribers. However, VivaCell-MTS shall have no obligation to verify the relations between the primary subscriber and the associated subscribers. Management of GOOD´OK Service by Calling 133 Short Number You can activate and manage GOOD´OK service by calling to 133 short number and following the voice promts.   In case you already know the ID of the melody you prefer, you can directly enter the menu of the given melody dialing 133*melody ID.   First 3 minutes of the call are free of charge, and starting from the 4th minute the rate is 5 drams/minute (VAT incl.).

Management of GOOD´OK Service through the Website You can use all the features of GOOD´OK service visiting the website for service management http://goodok.vivacell.am.   In case you activate the GOOD´OK service via call or SMS to 133 short number you will receive an SMS with the password for access to your personal page on GOOD´OK service management website.   In order to activate the service through the website you need to get a password in advance by sending the request PASS to 133 short number.
