CONCLUSION iSCSI has effectively narrowed the playing field in networked storage, and is now allowing IT organizations of all sizes and budgets to gain the benefits of a robust networked storage architecture.Many IT organizations have already begun to experience the dramatic time-savings and efficiencies of an IP SAN all at a surprisingly low cost of entry. They have readily embraced the reduced complexity inherent in IP SANs and continue to benefit from the use of familiar networking tools and infrastructures. Likewise, they have managed to simplify and shorten their own storage management burdens with easy to use storage management software and intelligent SAN management services found at the heart of more robust IP SAN solutions.Using an IP SAN.
