Re: Proposed Major Subdivision, CBE Block 110A Parcel 12 Rem 1 Dear Mr. Ball,
At a meeting held on the 30th March 2009, the Board resolved to approve your requested amendments to the above referenced application. You are not required toinstall sidewalks and you are not required to install a sewage treatment plant. The Board suggests that you consider phasing the development to be able to utilize a sewage treatment plant as opposed to septic tanks on individual lots. The following requirements (DCB/25/08, 3rd November 2008) shall continue to apply:

The road shall be constructed and paved to PWD and NRA standards. All utility poles shall be installed. The surveyor’s drawing shall be submitted to the Planning Office for approval prior to registration of the lots.
