Seeing

The Separation (Ezek. 34:17, Matt. 13:49-50, 25:31-45) Not a mere parable, but a prophecy! When? Jesus spoke of His Return and Judgment (Matt. 12:36-37, 41-42, 16:27, John 12:47-48) As did Paul (Acts 17:30-31, 24:25, Rom. 2:3-6 & 16, 14:10, 2 Cor. 5:10, 2 Tim 4:1) As did others as well (Heb. 9:27, 10:30, 1 Pe. 4:5, 2 Pe. 2:9, 3:7, 1 John 4:17, Jude 6) Until the return/judgment, the bad will co-exist with the good, as the sheep with the goats. Who are Christ’s Brothers? (Matt. 12:48-49, Mark 3:33-35, Rom. 8:28-29, Heb. 2:11) The Sheep What does it mean to be “Blessed of My Father”? (Matt. 25:34) Receiving, accepting, understanding, sharing God’s grace (Matt.10:8). God blesses us in order that we may be a blessing to others. Serve/Demonstrate Care/Sharing God’s Grace (Prov. 19:17, Isa. 58.7, Ezek. 18:1, 7 & 9, Matt. 10:40, Acts 9:4-5, Gal. 6:10, Heb. 6:10, 1 John 4:20-21) Gave: Food (James 2:14-17, 1 Cor. 13:3, to feed alone is not enough) God is the one feeding the hungry (Ps. 146:7) Sometimes through us! Drink (Mark 9:41) Shelter/Hospitality (Rom. 12:13, Heb. 13:2, 1 Pe. 4:9, 3 John 5-8) Clothing/Cover (James 2:14-17) Medical Care (like the “Good Samaritan”) We should also pray for/with the sick (James 5:14-15) Visited in Prison (Heb. 13:3, 2 Tim. 1:16) Evangelist Luis Palau put it, “The church is like manure. Pile it together and it stinks up the neighborhood; spread it out and it enriches the world.”

“Greatness in the kingdom of heaven is measured by small acts of kindness.” Reward - Benediction Described as "the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world" (2 Tim. 4:18; 2 Pe. 1:11) An Inheritance One does not earn an inheritance. Inheritance is generally the result of a recognized relationship. God has made us sons and daughters and joint heirs with Christ (Rom. 8:17) The Right Hand = the place of honor The Goats What does it mean to be accursed by God?
