-Hello everybody, today i would like to do the brainstorming on our new business project, anybody have a suggestion? -i have an idea to make a cafe and bistro -seems to be a very good idea

-what do you guys think about the name of the cafe? - How about five star coffee? -Why did you choose that name? -first one is a catchy name and we will offer five-star quality coffee and food, and provide a very cool hangout place in jakarta

-What we are going to Serve? we will sell various kinds of drinks and foods, but what is our main selling point is coffee. -what kind of coffee? All kinds of coffee from all over indonesia, robusta and arabica. And our specialty are Luwak coffee and toraja coffee -How do we get a coffee? I have acquaintances, he is a coffee supplier, he often provide his coffee to famous coffee shops in Jakarta. I will call him later... -Okay then... and what about the equipment for making coffee? We can buy it online, there’s a lot of high quality cofee making stuff with cheap price on the internet.

-Okay while enough for the coffee, let’s talk about the food now. -What kind of food that we are going to serve? we will serve eastern and western food with a little modification, to show the signature of our cafe.

-alright then, next thing is, how can we found the employee for our cafe? -my brother works as a chef at a hotel in the central Jakarta, I can ask him to help us get employees for our cafe. -okay very good, I hope your brother can help us -Okay let’s continue, we are talking about the location now -where we will open our coffee shop? -Actually, I have a place around the SCBD area, its near the office complex, I think it will be very good place to start our business there. -how do you think about the custumer who would by at our cafe? -Because SCBD is an office complex, most of our customer are office workers and people who wants to find a cool hangout place in the south Jakarta.

-very well, how about the price then? -taking into account the location and rental price of the building which is quite high, maybe we will offer a rather high price, after all our customers also come from the upper middle class.

-As I know, there are already many cafes and restaurants in that area, what do you guys think are the advantages of our cafe compared to others? -what if we make a barista course in our cafe? we not only sell food and drinks, but we also make a class for anyone who wants to be a barista, that would be very interesting. -Woah, thats a very good idea. -allright then, i think this is enough for our first meeting, we get a lot of idea today from our brainstorming about making a new business project

-so for the conclusion

- we decided to make a coffee shop and the name is five star coffee - for the product, we will serve drinks and food, but our specialty is coffee - our cafe location will be on SCBD office complex area, and our target customer are office worker and young people who wants to find a hangout place in jakarta. -and what will be our difference from the competitor is we are gonna open the Barista class at our cafe.
