SOP Guidelines: SOP We can design a Standard Operating Procedure Guidelines specifically for your agency based on current standards. Consulting Service: CS We will review your training, operational readiness and make recommendations based on current guidelines. American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification: (37 hrs/3 days) This course is designed to teach you the skills necessary to be certified as an American Red Cross Lifeguard. This is an ARC certification course. Why choose our PSD program? The training of qualified dive team members is not an overnight process. The training and education is a continual process. Once the divers are properly trained and qualified to perform diving operations, the team must continue with training in different types of environments and situations. Our instructors will put your team in real life situations with the safety of the divers first and foremost. The training they receive will enable them to make sound decisions with regards to the overall goal of the operation. Sometimes, the only choices are to “Abort the Dive” or “No Dive”. The turnover rate can have an effect on the team and how well they work together. If members of your team are not trained together there is a high likelihood of an accident due to poor diver to diver communication. Each team member who completes our training will have the confidence in knowing that their dive buddy has the same training. Therefore, members can focus on the task at hand. Where is the training held? All class sessions will be held at your department and pool sessions around your schedule when required, will be held in your local area. The check out dives will be at varying dive sites and we try to have the check-outs in your area (additional fee).

They teach techniques, principles, and operational procedures for specific recovery operations. These programs are compatible with existing administrative policies and with legal and political considerations.
