WORK SKILLS: Teamwork: ​I have high level teamwork skills and have participated in my school’s netball, volleyball, badminton and athletics teams. Communication: ​I have excellent communication skills and display confidence when speaking with others. I am able to get my point of view across and am able to listen to other people’s opinions as well. I am bilingual and can speak, write and read Vietnamese fluently. Leadership: ​I have displayed leadership skills through my roles of being team captain for both netball and volleyball teams. I have also displayed leadership by being in the Student Representative Council (SRC) and leading most of the group work in classrooms. Self management: ​I have proven the ability to manage my time by balancing between study, family and extracurricular activities. Independence: ​I am also able to work alone with minimal supervision and can complete work to a high standard. Reliability: ​I am reliable and have proven many times that I can complete the work set out for me and finish the jobs I am meant to do. This is includes parts in a speech or presentation and assignments. Bilingual: ​I am able to speak not only English but Vietnamese as well fluently. This may help with work as I may be able to translate things to Vietnamese people who do not speak English very well.
