This is an example of a typical day at the Basketball Camp. Times could be vary a little bit depending on the off-campus activities programmed for the afternoon, but we try to maintain the time table as much as possibl e every day, above all on the court where a coach assistant controls the time. 08´00-08´30 — Wake up, toilets and breakfast 08´30-08´50 — Time to go from the residence to the Basketball Camp 08´50-09`00 — Time to go to the Spanish Lessons 09´00-10´30 — Spanish lessons 10'30-10'45 — Time to take the necessary clothes to go to the Basketball court 10'45-11'00 — Supplementary food 11'00 -11'15 — Conditioning & Stretching 11-15 - 11'35 — Fundamental Stations (Ball handling, Shooting, Passing, Rebounding, and Defense) 11´35 - 11´55 — Stations 11'55 - 12'00 — Water 12'00 - 12'20 — Stations 12'20 - 12'40 — Stations 12'40 - 13'00 — Water and Strength 13'00 - 14'00 — Swimming Pool 14'00 - 14'30 — Shower and dress for lunch 14'30 - 16'15 — Lunch and time to rest 16´15-16´25 — Conditioning & Stretching 16´25-17´10 — Stations 17´10-17´15 — Water 17´15-18´00 — Games/One on One Contest 18´00-18´15 — Supplementary food 18´15-19´00 — Team Practice 19´00-19´30 — Stretching and Shower 19´30-20´30 — Spare time and time to go to the residence 20´30-21´30 — Dinner 21´30-23´30 — Night Stations/ Tech meeting / Free Time/ Games / Hot Shot Competition / Free Throw Competition / 3 Point Competition and... a lot of fun (3 days per week) 23´30-08`00 — Supplementary food and Light Out

Basketball Camp Schedule

The daily program includes: ƒ ƒ ƒ ƒ ƒ ƒ ƒ

General conditioning for all ages, including some aerobic sessions (by an expertise trainer). Basket technique work and other elements (passing, shooting, bouncing, defense, physical condition…), by stations and quality levels. Rest. On-court detailed analysis and explanation on the excellent execution of the technical elements worked during the stations. Training in tactical situations. Competitions: 1-on-1, 3-on-3, free throws, 3 points, lay-ups, and 5-on-5. These competitions will be an exciting and funny way of finishing the day and, at the end of the Campus, all players will receive their prizes. Time for rest and meals.

M O R N I N G : INDIVIDUAL PLAY ASPECTS

(16 groups of 7-8 players)

Duration of each session: 20 minutes. Different work in both baskets and both halls. A total of 16 different trainings at the same time, 1 coach per basket and 1 support trainer for the development of each session. Each player will make 6 morning sessions, rotating from one basket or hall to another, according to the schedule. ICE RINK HALL

Basketball Camp Schedule AFTERNOON

COLLECTIVE TACTICS, PROGRESSION UP TO 5-on-5 (8 groups of 15 players) Duration of each training session: 45 minutes. Each group will make 3 afternoon sessions, rotating at the end of each session in the same hall. MULTIPURPOSE HALL
