INTRODUCTION By the grace of Almighty Allah, Dreamworld Resort is organizing first time ever in the history of Pakistan a Competitive Sports Reality Show for teenagers. We have been creating mega events over the years, World Largest Family Car Rally, Dreamworld Jashan-e-Baharan etc. which have become trademarks of Karachi.

Continued Introduction • World’s most successful TV program is a reality show, namely, American Idol • The program is aired in 92 Countries • Pakistan is one of the only 7 Countries where American Idol is aired live. It means International media companies recognize Pakistani people’s interest in reality shows • Summer Camp Industry is a 8 billion dollar industry in America • In recent years Pakistan has seen a boom in Summer Camp craze • We are mixing the two inflammables to make dynamite as SUMMER CHALLENGE CAMP 2009

OBJECTIVE Youth is the major composition of our country’s population and we want;  To promote healthy activities in youth  To help youth build the character of being sportsmanship  To build tolerance level and accepting each other  To divert their minds from the chaos in the country and learn different sports

SUMMER CHALLENGE CAMP • Selecting teenagers from different schools. • Divide them into teams. • Two weeks lodging at the Resort. • Providing them professional training in the first week. • Choose the best team on elimination based Competition in the 2nd week. • Everything will be FREE for all participating teenager!.

• Cricket polish the skills for the most loveable and adored game in Pakistan

Event Promotions Methods • Branded Backlit van for roaming around the city for one month. • 50,000 flyers for mass branding. • Scrolls during the transmission on Star Plus. • Radio campaign. • Standees placed in all participating schools. • Banners. • Magazine Advertisement/promotion.

STAGE 1 • Visiting 20 renowned schools of Karachi (KGS, City, Habib, Beacon House) starting from 1st week of May. • Panel of professional judges will be Conducting audition in these schools. • Short listing 100 teenagers from thousands. • Invite them to Resort for final tryouts.

STAGE 2 • Tryouts for proposed sports. • Testing their ability and fitness. • See if they have what it takes to be part of this camp and the passion for sports. • 65 talented teenagers would be selected out of 100 for Summer Camp.

STAGE 3 • 65 talented teenagers will arrive at Camp in 1st week of July. • They will be given pamphlet with rules & regulation to be followed. • There will be a Camp Commander assigned to implement the rules & regulation. • They will not be allowed to contact any body outside until unless there is an emergency. • There will be training drill every day during their stay.

• Divide them into 13 teams comprising of 5 players. • They will be trained for all those sports for next 6 days. • Training timings starts from Dawn to Dusk. • During the training their performances & activities will be monitored to analyze their behavior. • 7th day would be the family day. Their families can come and spend the whole day at Resort with them.

STAGE 4 • From the 8th day of the camp the competition starts. • Based on each team’s performance, every day one team will eliminated from the competition until only the winning team is left standing.

STAGE 5 • On the last day of the Summer Challenge Camp, all the participants would be invited with their families to celebrate for all the hard work and dedication they have given to this camp. • There will be live music and much more entertainment. • Prizes, trophies and recognitions will be given to participants.
