First edition 2009. Second edition 2012. | Santa Fe College
Introduction The Santa Fe College seal personifies the college and, as such, is restricted to special uses. The official Santa Fe College signature or logo, however, is a marketing tool intended to make Santa Fe’s “brand” or identity recognized far and wide. It is part of the first impression that Santa Fe makes on prospective students and other constituents. The official college signature or logo is comprised of the SF monogram and the words Santa Fe College. These two elements identify the college graphically and are to appear on all college communications. Primary and secondary signature designs incorporate these Santa Fe elements. Use and design can guide the decision as to which signature best fits the needs of a particular project.

Other Signatures or Logos Many Santa Fe College departments and programs have created their own logos to reflect or emphasize their areas of interest. Going forward, only the college signatures as set forth in this guide are to be used, especially on business cards, stationery and publications. In this way the branding of Santa Fe College is unified and emphasized in the public eye. The use of other logos may be allowed in certain cases, but on such items the official Santa Fe College signature must be more prominent than the specialty logo. State-of-the-art heart care.
Cardiac Electrophysiology Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) is used to diagnose and treat electrical functions of the heart. It’s one of the fastest growing fields in cardiology, with a shortage of trained personnel. Santa Fe College’s new program, one of only three in the nation, prepares those already working in invasive cardiology for career opportunities as EP specialists. Students learn the heart’s normal electrical function, analysis of cardiac arrhythmias, basic EP laboratory techniques, and advanced techniques for intervention procedures or treatments such as implanting pacemakers. Graduates will be specialists who can expect to earn between $50,000-$58,000 in a Florida cardiac electrophysiology lab.
