Blackened Chicken Roll-Up - Blackened chicken, cider cured bacon, lettuce, tomato, guacamole and smoked cheddar cheese rolled in a flour tortilla.

The Texan - Sauteed chicken breast dredged in seasoned flour, coated in buffalo sauce and topped with bleu cheese, Bermuda red onions, lettuce and tomato. Served on a poppyseed bun.
