Sale Contract for paper This is Agreement between Party ,A, and Party , B, for Copy papers . Party ,A, is LAJPAL ENTERPRISES , Bhalwal, Pakistan, Under Management Mr. Javed Iqbal Sipra ( MD for Company ) Party B , is PT. RR Paper One

Copy Paper ( A4). 0.40US$/Ream CIF Karachi, Port, Pakistan Brand name : Double A Paper & Paper One ( with desire printed ). * Substance / Basic Weight : 100 gsm (ISO 536) * Brightness : 98 (ISO 2470) * whiteness : CIE 167 (ISO 11475) * Thickness : 120 um (ISO 534) * Opacity : 97 (ISO 2471) * Roughness : 60 ml/min * 1 Boxes = 5 Reams * 1Ream : 500 sheets

500 Sheets/Ream 1-Box / 5 ream 1 Pallet Box = 20 box 1 x20 ft : 1560 box and 78 pallet and 7800 Reams Note : Ream Packing will be our company name and Logo. 2 Containers to Containers 20FT, per Month regular. Contract (1 years ). Party A , will import 5 Containers to 20 Containers regular in a Month. 7800 Ream loaded in 20ft Container CIF . Note : Party A , shall import 5 Containers as a Sample in first Shipment for checking quality and Business services.
Checking seller quality of product and business services , if Ok , Next schedule will be provided ( regular per Month ). requirements. 6-Mode of payment, 30% in advance and 75% after receiving of goods at Karachi. 7- Inspection, SGS , Inspection on seller port and must buyer port too. 8- Performance Bond, 2% of Total Contract.
Party A , will import 5 Containers to 20 Container per month regular for One year . Party A , will bound to purchase Paper to PT. RR Paper One only in Indonesia and Party B , will not supply to any company in Pakistan except Lajpal Enterprises. Both parties are agreeing on above mentioned terms and conditions. It is challenge able in all Courts in Pakistan and Indonesia in any matter. Both parties are bond for this agreement terms and condition. In this Contract Embassy of Indonesia in Islamabad Pakistan sign as recommendation Authority and Party A (buyer ) will open 100% at sight LC .. SELLER
