SALAME DE CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTES: 250g de bolacha tipo maria 200g de manteiga 250g de Chocolate em Pó 2 colheres de sopa de açúcar em pó PREPARAÇÃO: Parta as bolachas em pedaços e junte-lhes o chocolate e o açúcar em pó; misture bem. De seguida, verta a manteiga previamente derretida e envolva bem. Depois de bem misturado, deite sobre uma folha de papel vegetal. Enrole o salame com o auxílio do próprio papel, ajustando bem. De seguida, leve ao frigorífico, até ficar firme. Quando estiver firme, retire o papel vegetal, corte em fatias e sirva.
