Ayat-ayat Ruqyah dimulai dengan pembuka al-Quran iaitu surah al-Fatihah, diikuti dengan surah alBaqarah ayat 1 hingga 5, 102, 163 hingga 164, 255 hingga 257 dan 285 hingga 286. Kemudian petikan bacaan dari surah Ali Imran ayat 18 hingga 19, surah al-A'raf ayat 54 hingga 56 dan banyak lagi. Terdapat 18 ayat kesemuanya dan diakhiri dengan doa Bismillah Ruqyah. Kesemua ayatayat ini dibacakan oleh Mohd. Taha dengan bacaan yang cukup tartil.
