HELLO!!! This newsletter is from the Real Men Unlimited [City of David). It serves as a medium to reach our members about upcoming events as well as filling us in on wisdom tidbits and information that enables us be the unique man God wants us to be.
PLANNING FOR THE WISE A goal is a dream with a
deadline. At various stages in our lives, especially as new year resolutions, we find ourselves setting goals and striving to accomplish them but unfortunately only a few of us can actually testify of accomplishing even a few. Why then don’t we then meet the deadline of our dreams? It was explained that the most prevalent reason is because we either do not plan at all or we plan badly. We were taken through series of steps of planning strategically by using 6 different worksheets. At the end of the

workshop, most of us came to the realization that indeed we had been bad planners. The good news, was that we left the workshop as budding strategic planners, looking forward to the next workshop in June when we would be appraised on how well we have been able to utilize our newly learnt skills. As the popular maxim goes “He who fails to plan, plans to fail”. Our prayer is that we would not fail this year but indeed it would be Joy to us because we would be wise in planning and good success will be ours in Jesus name. AMEN

Charley’s father had a massive amount of land which he used as a farmland but unfortunately it was a barren land which never yielded anything, so charley’s parents died struggling to survive. Charley however, was in the city also struggling, since he took up a job as a

city. Charley after much reluctance sold the land to a foreigner who came visiting. Charley relocated to the city but got the news that the land he sold was a massive gold deposit and became the largest gold mine in the area. Charley was employed as a laborer in his land.
