WHY IT IS A PROBLEM ?  IT INCREASES UNEMPLOYMENT  IT INCREASES POVERTY  FOOD SUPPLY WILL BECOME LESS  RICH PEOPLE WILL SOON START TO GO TO THE OTHER COUNTRIES.  AT LAST, NATION WILL GO DOWN

WHY IT IS INCREASING ?  FIRSTLY THE MAIN REASON IS UNEDUCATION  RURAL TRADITIONAL PERCEPTION  NO BIG STEP BY GOVERNMENT  LESS POPULATION DEATH RATE

HYPOTHESIS  Indian government should adopt One-child policy like China.  Government should provide education to every child.  Government should understand the bad affect of big population to the people.
