Rights and Privileges Authored by: Mark Anthony Rossetti, I This article is for and about you. You are a living individual, and because of that you have certain unalienable rights and privileges. Around the time that the Magna-Carta was penned, circa 1215A.D, it was realized, and then written that “The created, can never be higher than the creator.” Truer words have rarely been espoused. Life given by a creator should only be ruled or taken away…by its creator. Don’t you agree? Those who created our nation’s “Founding Documents” wrote them understanding those meanings above and with you in mind. As an individual, they defined your embodiment of sacred powers as the rights of property, namely of your living body, and all else that you may possess or own. They meant for you to totally understand this concept, for without it, those, whom you have granted the privilege to govern you might possibly empower themselves at your expense… isn’t this what they are attempting now, to gain your involuntary servitude? It stands to reason that if you do not realize that “you own you”…they will attempt to “own” you by disillusion…and that when they do own you; you have become by default a slave. This government is using you, and is against you, therefore is not for you, or on your team, but is in business for itself. They are hoping that you won’t realize that fact. Happily duped, you will play the game, pay your bills, and obey, or so they hope. Nobody but you…can own you. None the less, that is what by use of “collective ideals” they have been doing for years. Don’t be fooled, they intend to complete that mission. So the point now is to realize that because you are a living spirit, and you are endowed with rights given from a higher power, in the form of life, unalienable rights; And then to know your rights, to know your privileges and to clearly understand our founding documents. Knowing your rights is empowering. My hope is that you will be empowered by them, and by knowing them, stand for them as you see fit. When your “knowledge” foundation is firmly established, the righteousness of your deeds, actions and words will be profound, have great significance, and will rightfully occur, just because you have understood them. A right is defined as: 1). is a power, privilege, faculty or demand inherent in one person and incident upon another, and is generally defined as “Powers of Free Action;” 2). or something that you have the “Sovereign Authority” to do because there is no higher authority to ask. There it is folks, “there is nobody to ask.” You are it…the one! This is an unalienable right, and you were endowed with it by your creator.
Have you ever heard the expression “the buck stops here”…it means…you are it, you make the final decisions. This is the basis of sovereignty. You are by birth, because you exist, a sovereign. Think about that for a moment… look up the word “sovereign.” A right is the exact opposite of a privilege. A privilege is defined as: 1). a particular and peculiar benefit or advantage enjoyed by a person, company or class beyond the common advantage of others. 2). a particular right, exemption, power, franchise or immunity held by a person or class not generally possessed by others. 3). a temporary authority granted to you by someone of a higher authority. Let’s give you and example: if you walk outside onto your property, you may do with it as you please, because you own it. Because you own it, that is your right, but if you step onto another’s property you must have his permission. Because he owns it, he may grant you the privilege to be there or tell you no, “you must leave,” and that is his right. By the same token, if he’s on your property you have the right to grant or deny him the privilege to use it or be there. The owner is the higher authority on and with his own property. This is your right. The same rules also apply to your body. You own it and it is your right to do with it as you want, but nobody has the right to invade or control it. A Doctor, Judge, a public servant or others may be granted privileges by you, but cannot take your rights away. These rights are yours because you exist and breathe. With warranted reason, they may detain you, but only your creator can take your rights away. Your rights are eternal, and only you can grant the privilege of your body’s use to another. (Not recommended while living!) _____________________________ A major and critical problem in the United States is that the government has convinced many people that we have certain privileges granted to us by the government. You have been fooled if you believe them. It is here that I say, “One minute, I have unalienable rights that I was endowed with by my creator. This leads to the big question: Q. Where does the government derive its power from? A. We grant the government privileges, the power comes from us and goes to the government, and not the other way around. Our rights are derived from our property, both physically, and by our possessions. As long as you are not violating the rights of another, you may do anything you want to do with your property, because you own it. That is your right. So any dispute may be easily settled by asking “who owns the property?’ If you can identify the property owner, the questions…usually answer themselves.
The owner can do what ever he wants. The privileged can also indulge in the “prescribed” usage of another’s property, but only with the owner’s permission. _____________________________ Property Rights The words “Constitutional Rights” are an oxymoron. It makes it sound like the Constitution “grants” you your rights. If it grants you your rights, they become privileges and not rights: 1). It is impossible to grant one a right; a right cannot by document or humankind be granted, because it or he is not the creator. 2).You have a right to life, you own your body. It is your property and you can do as you please with it. If someone else owns your body, you are a slave. Therefore the Law of Property is without a doubt the most important law, and it is your law. You are the law. Please interact appropriately. The powers of government are granted by the fact that we as citizens have unalienable rights, given by a higher power. We have granted the privilege to govern us. A right is not to be taken away though a privilege can be. Therefore we, as humankind created this government and we have the right to alter, abolish or take it away. That is our right, and is within your legal and bodily powers to do. It is your duty as a citizen to guard “your society”, but the wrong people are getting away with it in your stead. When all humans stand together, these changes…all very positive in effect, shall be done. The Constitution “documents” the rights that you have, and you need to exercise them. This is why it is your duty to guard those rights. The Constitution is a document that needs to be guarded, because by and of itself, it empowers you to do so. These are your rights and should be used as such if you are wanting change. If we change the way that we look at things, the things we look at change. We must as individuals challenge the omnipotence of the State and defend the rights of the individual…you. Unchallenged, the collectivists will soon “own” your rights, and as an individualist, it is up to you to keep them… ~ For You. ~
