 Head of the IT Department for a 21 million dollar annual revenue company, with key roles in Ecommerce.  Managed Northern VA offices; Ballston, Courthouse, Datacenter in Sterling, small offices in NJ, RI, OH.  Managed 2 direct reports: DBA, Systems Administrator, as well as managing time of consultants.  Managed projects within a matrix reporting structure; President, EVP, CFO and Department Director.  Developed IT capital and expense budgets for AHRI and NATE, $400,000 project expenditures annually.  Oversaw the merger of ARI and GAMA as acting Director of IT, combined systems and software.  Daily tasks included the upkeep and management of an Active Directory network of approximately 120 nodes, Windows Server 2000/2003, Exchange 2007, SQL 2000/2005. 25 Servers, most virtualized.  70 User base; Windows XP and Vista Dell workstations, Microsoft Mobile and Blackberry devices.  Deployed: multi-site VOIP system, Cisco 2100 wireless LAN controller. Upgraded Cisco equipment to: 2800 routers, ASA 5500 series firewalls, Custom APC Symmetra LX1600 and Environment monitoring.

Developer Tennis Racquet Pros (TRPros.com)

 Developed custom software for Tennis Racquet Pros (VB6 & .NET 2003). Software was used to track inventory across multiple mediums to a centralized database, process web and phone orders.  Integrated website database with the store front's point of sale system, that managed the inventory.
