I have strong cold resistance. I wear a coat so my mom won’t complain. I keep warm for long periods of time in cold environments. I build up resistance from cold showers to breeze days to just cold days. Finally freezing water and freezing days not like in high negatives were the wind blows your heat away in an instant. I have pain resistance to punches and cuts. This is due to me being able to force adrenaline into my body with techniques. Cut I don’t do that due to more blood loss. I just don’t get hurt as bad from those. I don’t usually notice them till later in the day when I look down.
