Dear cm/bm, herewith are matters discussed during our meeting last Sept. 29, 2018 at SM San Lazaro, Manila for our Reunited Batch '80 Reunion on Nov. 16, 2018 at Sureshot Abad Santos, Manila. - registration starts at 5:00 pm. Sansue, Osang, Mavic and Lorin are assigned on the registration table. - attire is smart casual - food wil be catered by Royal Touch Catering for which it includes decorations on the venue - Jaluz band is hired to provide us non stop music - Karaoke is included in the 2700.00/ hour rent of the venue - attendees fee is 500.00 to be monitored by Sansue in connecton there with deadline of payment is on October 15, 2018 - assigned on the program/ emcee are Violy and Edith - for the games, assigned are Osang, Susan Gomez, Irene - name tags for the attendees are courtesy of Olive Dayrit - there will also be an audio presentation - intermission dance number by Edna's group and Lorin's group - next meeting will be on Oct. 20, 2018. Tentative place is Sureshot.
