Responsible for the Onshore & offshore recruitments. Experience in dealing with multicultural candidates from all Offshore/Onsite. Targeted recruitment for middle to senior level positions. Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand overall needs and requirements. Played an important role & primary point of contact with the potential candidates & hiring managers and ensured correct processes are followed. Advertise requirements and source suitable profiles by posting on job portals, social networks & forums. Giving training to new joiners on the different tools used by us for sourcing
§ Handling End to End Recruitment process for Client § Understanding the job requirement completely before proceeding. § To source for junior, middle and senior positions depending on the requirement from the Recruiters. § Responsible for recruiting activities like sourcing, uploading the profile in Synergy, tagging the resume to the relevant job code and scheduling. § Recruiting resources include: resume databases, internet searches. § Following up on short listed candidates. § Taking hiring manager's feedback of the interviews conducted and keeping candidates updated on the same. § Supporting week end interviews and walkins.
