To participate, cyclists must raise a minimum of $3000 to ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles over seven days. Proceeds go to the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and we are able to make a difference while completing a physically demanding journey. Ideally 2010 will be the last year that I participate as I plan to leave California to pursue a legal education in Milwaukee.
