With reference to the subject cited above, We are sending you the Instructions for the submission of result of September Exam on the following Formats: September Result 2007 Format I Student-Wise S. No.

The allocation of Grade would be as per the following criteria: Grade A > 75% Grade B > 60% Grade C > 40% Grade D < 40% INSTRUCTIONS: Result is to be submitted in the form of Soft and Hard copy. HARD COPY (Printouts): (i) Result must be in MS-Excel Sheet. Exactly the same Formats as mentioned above are to be used. (ii) Font type will be Arial and Font Size will be 10. (iii) All the Result sheets (Printouts) must be verified by the Principal/Head of the school with Stamp and Signatures on each page. (iv) Only one tagged file is to be submitted for all the classes i.e 6 th to 12th (in ascending order). SOFT COPY (CD): (i) Only one CD is to be prepared for one school. (ii) Mention the Name of School and ‘September Result’ on CD with marker. (iii) Soft copy must be identical to the Hard Copy. (iv) CD must be kept in plastic case or wrapper to avoid any type of damages. Hard & Soft copy of Result should reach to ICT Deptt. O/o DEO(SE), strictly by 2nd of November, 2007. You are directed to forward these Instructions to all the School of your Blocks under ICT Project. Note: All the Principals/Heads of Schools under ICT Project may collect these instructions from ICT Deptt. as well as download from “www.esnips.com/web/ictjalandhar” also.
