Resignation

Dated: March 14, 2008 Mr. Syed Abu Khalid Member Executive Committee FLAME Karachi Most Respected Sir, I have been offered employment at one of the most prestigious organizations of Pakistan. They require me to join them immediately, i.e. from today, if I can. With great difficulty I have convinced them that I can join them from Monday, March 17 2008. Therefore I must submit my resignation to you at this moment. I am aware of the fact that I am not completing my notice period but I am left with no choice at all. If I complete my notice period, it is certain that I will miss out on this great opportunity. For a person with my age, qualification and experience, an opportunity like this hardly ever knocks on my door. I will always be grateful for the opportunity you provided me here. I have certainly learnt a lot from you and our Chairman who also has been too kind to me. It saddens me to leave this organization especially on such short notice. But I would like you to believe that if I could complete my notice period, I definitely would have completed it. Kindly accept this letter as my resignation effective immediately.

I again thank you for all your support and guidance and wish to have a long and healthy relationship with this organization and yourself. Thanking You
