CERTIFICATE BY THE APPLICANT 1. I understand that it is mandatory to apply for admission on open merit (including the desired disciplines in the choice list) in the institutions mentioned below and intimate the application / seat / roll number to Dte of Education immediately after submitting the application:(a) Civil (public sector) medical / engineering colleges / universities of the province of my domicile, including the disciplines for which the application is submitted to Directorate of Education. (b) NUST including the disciplines allocated to PAF, for seats reserved at AMC, MCS, EME, MCE and PNEC. (c) PAF Information & Selection Centre for Paying Cadets’ seats reserved at CAE, PAF Academy, Risalpur for registration and medical examination. Also to NUST and qualify the entrance test. 2. I understand that unless I apply to NUST and Civil (public sector) institutions of my area of domicile for admission on open merit including the desired disciplines in the list of choices, I shall stand disqualified for a reserved seat. I also understand that it is mandatory to appear and qualify the Entrance Test applicable to the disciplines applied for. 3. I undertake to submit the certified copies of Entrance - Test results issued by the respective institutions to Dte of Education, Air HQ, Peshawar within seven days of its declaration, failing which I shall cease to be eligible for the PAF reserved seat. 4. I declare that I have passed my HSSC / BA / BSc examination in parts / as a whole. A Pre-medical HSSC student, who passes additional Math’s paper to apply for Engg seat, will be considered to have passed the exam in parts. 2. Photocopies of Entrance - Test results are to be sent to Dte of Edu within seven days of the declaration of results, failing which the candidate will NOT remain eligible for a reserved seat. 3. The candidate with ‘O’ / ’A’ level / Senior Cambridge qualification etc from abroad must attach equivalent certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), Islamabad with the application. Application forms received without equivalence certificate / marks will not be entertained. 4. Candidate must apply for admission, including the desired disciplines in the list of choices, on open merit to the concerned college / university / institution. Failure to abide by this instruction will render the candidate ineligible for reserved seat. 5. For seats in Engineering and Medical disciplines in Naval / Army Institutions (PNEC, EME, MCS, MCE & AMC), candidates are also required to apply directly to NUST on prescribed form as applicable. 6. For Paying Cadets Scheme in CAE, candidates are required to apply through PAF Information & Selection Centers. 7. Selection of a candidate, on open merit or against any quota in any university / college / institution for any kind of seat (subject-wise / discipline-wise) as applied for, will render him / her ineligible for admission against PAF reserved seats. 8. If a candidate is nominated against PAF reserved seat, it is mandatory for him / her to send attested copies of the fee deposit slip and other relevant documents to the Directorate of Education, Air HQ Peshawar after completion of the admission formalities of the institution concerned. The same must reach the Directorate of Education within 07 days of the date given in nomination letter, failing which nomination letter would be cancelled and next candidate would be nominated.
