CAWAZ2003104 by Exchange Control Department, Central Office, Mumbai vide their letter ref. no. th EC.CO.OID.5606/19.14.158/2002-2003 dated 9 April, 2003 & have been instructed to deal with your office for all matters concerning the above WOS through our authorised dealer State Bank of India, International Banking Division, 9, G.T. Road, (South), Howrah-711 101. In this connection we have been further instructed to submit following documents to you:1) Share Certificate as evidence of investment in foreign concern. 2) Annual Performance Report (in duplicate) on the functioning of the foreign concern together with a note on the basic progress & achievements. 3) Certified True Copies of the audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account together with Directors’ Report on the working of foreign concern during the year. 4) Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association of the foreign concern.
