CONCEPT PAPER FORMAT Main Argument/Rationale/ Background of the study

Growing population of people who likes alcohol increases very fast. (Swahn, M. H.),( Palmier, J. B.), (Benegas-Segarra, A.),( Sinson, F. A.). Alcohol marketing and drunkenness among students in the Philippines (2013) cited by BMC public health (N.A) sates that almost 9% of Philippines population ages 15 and above have an alcoholic use disorder. Specifically, there are 25% of males and 8.3% of females. This population consists mostly of boys which have greater percentage than girls. (Labajo, M.V) Alcohol drinking among Filipinos (2001, 2004) cited by World Health Organization and Department of health (N.A) stated that the sudden increased of female drinking alcohol is not surprising because there are regions in our country where females are allowed and acceptable to drink. In addition, the behavior of drunken woman is still found to be less violent than man. Drinking alcohol sometimes gives us time to escape reality but on the other hand, drinking too much alcohol can lead to several illnesses. (Freeman, D.) Health Risks Of Chronic Heavy Drinking (N.D) Web MD (N. A) Stated the different illnesses which are; Anemia, Cancer, Cardiovascular Decease, Dementia, Depression, Seizures and many more. To decrease the impact of alcoholic drink to people, wine can be a substitute instead of drinking heavy liquors. Compared to heavy liquors which contain alcoholic content, wine is much recommendable for it does not contain much of alcoholic content. (Dudich, A.) 21 Reasons Why Wine is better than Beer. (2015) cited by TheOdysseyOnline (N.A).it states 21 reasons why wine is better than having a beer but since it’s too many, I will just state few. These are the reasons; Drinking wine is healthy for your heart, It tastes better that beer, wine can be cheap, and you can pair wine with just about anything: sweets, veggies, meats. Aside from the very common wine which is the red wine, we can still make more flavors of wine. According to Megan Ware (2017) banana are one of the most widely consumed fruits in the world for good reason. It helps lower blood pressure and reduced risks of Cancer and Asthma. Also, bananas are rich in mineral called potassium. This is very important because it helps maintain fluid levels in the body and regulates the movement of nutrients and waste in and out of the cell. Potassium is also helpful when it comes to our muscles, it contract nerve cell to respond. It also helps for our heart and decrease the risk of having blood pressure. Potassium also helps to reduce the risks of having kidney stones .In addition, these are other vitamins that banana provides; Vitamin B6 for normal brain development , Manganese for our body to function properly, Vitamin C to prevent infections and to have a healthy immune system, Dietary Fiber to prevent constipation , Magnesium for bone structure, Riboflavin for growth and overall health, Niacin for good healt, Vitamin A for healthy vision and skin and Iron to carry oxygen in the hemoglobin.. Eating one- medium sized of banana already contains 422 milligrams of potassium. Through all the ideas and information gathered, the researcher aims to conduct a study of wine production through the process of Ethanol Fermentation of Musa Acuminata.

Add the other ingredients and leave the bin where it’s dark for about five days and consistently stir the mixture daily. 5. Strain the liquid into a new and clean bin then pour it in the bottle with two ballons. Leave it in a cool and dark room for about one month. 6. Bottle the wine

Data Analysis and Potential Ethical Issues

There are many possibilities that our wine may fail. When wine is exposed to air, oxygen will oxidize the wine that can make the wine taste like a vinegar. And the bacteria that float around in the air, this can breed in the wine and cause it to spoil. Our alternative solution for the failed taste of the wine is that we will continue to sell the wine as a vinegar. We will do that because instead to waste the product we will sell that as a vinegar.
