Wether you mentioned The "A" grade PRIME QUALITY material’S GRADE is MR? This type of product supply now very nervous.The product's grade TINNING MILL BALCK PLATE now we can supply is SPCC,this meterial most use of chemical package,electrolitic products,don’t recommend in FOOD PACKING.Therefore,The temper you offer,T3 T4 T5 T6 DR8,we must know the each kind of temper use for what kind of products. 2. GOST-13345 is Russian standards,additionaly the tinplate of thickness about 0.14mm does not exists in this standard,the minor thickness is 0.18mm and the minor thickness deviation in 13345 is 0.01mm .In order to explain,i give a tabel below:

Our products standard is GB/T2520-2000.The thickness TINNING MILL BALCK PLATE of 0.14mm ,permititid deviation is ±0.02mm,general deviation in the range of±0.01mm.As you said that the customer’s request is NOT EVEN 0.01,we can’t ensure that.As far as know, Japan and South Korea can be satisfied with your customer,such as “TOYO KOHAN CO,LTD“. 3.As to price, the recently price of this product is not appear,but we can ensure the price is very very competitive.But owing to the black plate is different from tinplate,it:’s very easy to rust,so we can’t accept cnf&c,my leader only permit fob. Initial order payment is T/T 3/7(Before delivery),but the payment of 5000tons must be T/T 3/3/4(Before delivery). As for commision,we supply the most competitive price for you, you could negociate with your cusomer. 4. About supply ability ,this is no problem. 5. Order time:from the end of month 25th to the beginning of month 5th Delivery time:45-60days after order 6.To sum up,we will do our best to do,hope we can get order from you,and you can serious cosider I said above,whether our product can be fit for your cusomer.If conditions permit, we can send the sampales to you to make sure the quality whether fit for your cusomer’s request.
