RE: 1 AVUENUE ST LEON – FRESNAYE On request of Warren Dan, we inspected the damage to the entrance gate and the guard room on the above property. We found the brick pier at the left of the entrance gate cracked (Photograph 1) and a crack in the rear right of the guardroom room(Photograph 2), indicating damage from the impact caused the entire roof structure to move.

Photograph 1 Photograph 2 Any superficial repairs to the cracks might manifest itself at a later stage. Our recommendation is to remove the entire roof, provide reinforced concrete ring beam over the gate and guards room and rebuilt all wall from the existing foundation as can be seen from photographs below.
