occupations beyond the 2008 Milwaukee 7/Deloitte study 2.Identify and characterize “in-demand” competencies for the SE Wisconsin and NE Illinois regions 3.Help re-define workforce discussion from job titles and education attainment to “qualified and competent” people 4.Tie understanding of In-demand competencies back to the education system
