Regional Training Centre : Adajan, Surat. • New course • Training classes held at the Regional Training Centre • Probable classes planned at Regional Training Centre for calendar year 2009 • Training calendar for 2009-10 • Information of Regional Training Centre Time bound training is planned for general and special administrative matters in district offices Building of Regional Training Centre, Surat is situated in 1721 sq. meter areas on Gujarat Gas Company Road, Opp. Maniratnam Apartment main Road and hostels, Kitchen the complex. There are three lecture halls in the administrative building. There is on arrangement of 30 (Thirty) seats in each lecture hall. Each room in the hostel has been provided fan and table and chair for reading. There are toilets-cum-bath room in each room as well as general water cooler for water purification. All the facilities are provided to accommodate 24 trainees. There is two wheeler parking arrangement for 30 trainees in the complex.
Pre service and panchayats Compulsory training classes are conducted for class 3 employees of state govt. officer, district panchayat offices those appointed in the offices under jurisdiction of district panchayat viz. clerks, clerk-cum-typists and those to be promoted from class 4 to class 3 employees of six.districts of South Gujarat S.P.I.P.A. Duration of training is two months training is imparted by expert honorary guest lecturers and officers of training centre. Examination oriented tests are also taken, so that the trainees may pass the examination with good marks.
Administrative Development Programme: E.D.P. class Administrative Development Class 3 is conducted for state govt. employees of South Gujarat at regional training centre. Its duration is two weeks training is imparted by expert guest lecturers of the subjects prescribed for the training and officers of the training class. The training are given working lunch, E.D.P. pad, Pen, folder, tea, coffee, biscuits twice during training.
Administrative Development Programme: class 4 Training is imparted to class 4 employees of state govt. officer of South Gujarat for day to day banking work, record arrangement, steps to be taken in the event of accidental fire in the training class for two days. The training is imparted by the officers of the training class as well as fire brigade officers of the corporation. The trainees are give working lunch and tea-coffee-biscuits twice.
Lower Revenue Qualifying Examination Training class 42 (forty two) days training class is conducted by SPIPA for voluntary lower Revenue Qualifying examination training class for Deputy Mamlatdar examination. They are explaind revenue laws in the class. The training is imparted by retired revenue officers and officers of this office they are given exam oriented guidance exam-oriented tests are held.

There is separate arrangement for ladies and gents bath rooms for office staff, officers and trainees on ground floor and first floor in the main building. There is an arrangement of water cooler and water purifier for office staff and trainees. There are ladies and gents hostels for trainees of Regional training centre, where 24 trainees may stay. The training classes are conducted. Training is imparted by expert officers. Duration of the training is two or three days. Training classes for promotion of chief sevika of District Panchayats As stated by panchayats and rural housing department, Gandhinagar E.D.P. classes are organized for promotion to chief servants mukhya (sevika) performing duties at primary health centers in six districts of South Gujarat by SPIPA. The classes are run on E.D.P. classes basis. Hon. Officers and expert officers of the training centre imparts the training. Thus administrative development programme of various cadres are held at regional training centre. Constant training process is necessary to develop and improve qualities of the person in the desired direction and to. enhance qualities and effectiveness of .programmes in order to achieve this object time-
