Refugee Law in the Era of Globalization A conference hosted by The Refugee Law Reader Call for Papers A two day seminar on Refugee Law in the Era of Globalization will be held in Brussels in 2008. Proposals for papers are sought from researchers working on aspects of refugee law, national, regional, or international in focus, that consider the legal implications of transformations and trends brought about by globalization. The conference will be hosted by The Reader in Refugee Law—an online living ‘case-book’ that aims to support and facilitate the changing needs of scholars and teachers working in the rapidly evolving field of refugee law. Full funding is available for accepted papers from academics teaching and researching refugee law from Member States. Papers are welcome from those coming from beyond the EU. For accepted papers from these scholars, the conference registration is free, but travel and accommodation and meal costs must be covered by the participant.
