Please follow the steps below, and check off each one when the step is complete. o Step 1- Research - Go to the y drive, and then go in your class folder, then double click on the Recycled Furniture Questions. Please copy and paste the slides into your PowerPoint. o Step 2- Brainstorm – Come up with (and hand sketch) one potential idea per a person in your group. For a group of 2 there should be 2 sketches, for a group of 3 there should be 3 sketches. Please include general notes on ALL sketches (such as sizes, materials used, and any unclear building issues) o Step 3- Plan – Create a solid model of the one of your ideas. Make sure to then create a multiview Drawing of your model. Your multiview drawing should include enough sizes to produce your design (views that should be included on your multiview drawing should be a Front, Top, Right side, and Isometric views). o Step 4- Build – Create your design according to your blueprints! Make sure that all sizes match up, and that it looks visually appealing. If there is tons of tape, or parts of it are falling apart that is not visually appealing! o Step 5- Test - On the date (that will be mentioned in class, make sure to check the board for the testing date!) that we are testing your object should be completely constructed, there is no tweeking of your object whatsoever! o Step 6- Reflection – In your webpage write a 2 paragraph essay on the process of what you have done in class. How could you have improved the

experience, and what would you have done differently to improve the results of your design. ***Note*** If you are unsure of materials that you can use please ask me! It’s easier to ask first then ask last!
