Checklist for Documentation of Benchmarks Ready to Work Certificate SPOKES/HTGR Program To receive a Ready to Work Certificate from the SPOKES/HTGR Program, the instructor must submit ALL of the following documentation to RESA III (address below) to verify that the learner has successfully completed SPOKES/HTGR: Name of Learner: Instructor: Must have completed Work Readiness 200: Ready to Work Certification

108 hours – minimum - Attendance sheet with instructor signature verifying
days/dates/times of attendance (Learner must have attended a minimum of 90% of all class sessions).
WorkKeys – Level 4 – on ALL 3 tests - Test result reports from an ACT Value-Added Reseller (scoring institution) showing that the learner has achieved a minimum of Level 4 on all three tests: Reading for Information, Applied Mathematics, and Locating Information WorkKeys® assessments.
80% on ALL posttests - A form signed by the instructor showing pretest and
posttest scores for all SPOKES/HTGR modules (Learner must have achieved a minimum of 80% on all posttests).
80% on Technology Skills Checklist - A letter signed by the instructor verifying that the learner has successfully completed 80% of the Technology Skills Checklist and can demonstrate computer skills (keyboarding, basic Windows operation and file management, basic Word processing, and basic spreadsheets).
Resume - A copy of the learner’s resume (hard copy)
Cover letter - A cover letter (hard copy) verifying the learner has applied what she or he learned in Computer Applications.
