Nowadays, the use of technology is rapidly sprouting everywhere and anywhere. The use of internet has a big part in

everyday

generation.

lives

of

Today’s

people

generation

especially is

more

the

young

skillfull

and

indulge themselves on using mobile, computer, tablet and other high technology gadgets almost spending hours of the day.

Everybody

wanted

to

have

the

latest

and

upgraded

gadgets and applications to go with the flow on the life of millennial.

Technology

evolution

changed

the

world

and

connects lives of people in an instant that’s the reason why the use of technology is a big deal to have it in order to

be

in

trend

and

updated

with

the

whole

situation

happening around the globe. This technology evolution has an impact on behavioural aspects of people especially the children because social interactions

among

them

is

now

rarely

seen

and

normal

conversation was lost due to busy on using their gadgets. They are losing interest on traditional way of interactions

and communication that’s why schools integrates and develop new

way

of

learning.

Teaching

demands

also

highly

innovative and introduce the use of computer. Then, the microlearning approach comes in our way to give a fastest way to encourage and retain the inputs being taught inside the

classroom,

so

that

students

will

be

able

to

focus

attention and learn in an instant. In the University of Texas at Arlington, which is the in the process of expanding online learning opportunities for students, including non-traditional, diverse learners. One approach that is useful for non-traditional students is to

make

use

of

a

relatively

new

concept

called

microlearning. In a certain classroom before the teacher approaches the door for his class, students oftentimes having a hard time

doing

their

homework

especially

copying

from

their

classmates, chatting, playing but most of the time facing with their cellular phone. They are addicted to all the on line gaming and apps of their devices. You cannot see them frequently having talk or reading their notes instead they prefer do their work at their phones, laptops or tablets. They are very much embracing technology for learning. As the lecture on class goes on some are not attentive they got boring inside the room rather than listening for the lesson. They are not attentive and as the hours run by as the teacher ask they won’t even retain what the teachers lesson for the day as they leave the room for some can retain but most are not. The recent evolution of learning approach introduce the

microlearning

consists

of

microcontent

that

is

delivered

via

an

limited

to

a

system,

computer,

electronic

mobile

device,

device,

and/or

app,

laptop

including learning

to

achieve

but

not

management

the

goal

of

learning with the smaller bits of content so as not to overwhelm

the

learner.

It

includes

micropocast

which

learners can access shorter (1-5 minutes) podcast to learn, preview content, review content, and build up background knowledge.

This

one

way

to

reduce

budget

costs

with

remedial learning, micropodcasts and other microcontent can help

requisite

background

knowledge

for

underprepared

learners. It is advantage for children who are easily losing their interest on the lesson. It requires only a less of time, engage student easily and cost efficient. This will be able them to have a time to learn wherever and whenever they want to because they can access it using their own mobile or computer at home. It is very important to learn that

you

are

not

highly

pressured

and

catchy

to

learn

something. The interest of the student must always on the line

to

retain

the

inputs.

Learning

must

have

along

retention but in a single taught. This will able to catch their attention in a short of period of time with learning more short

than film

the

traditional

and

application

way

approach.

that

were

Through

created

videos,

for

short

based quiz and activities so that they will be able to give themselves the reality and actual application. This is the easiest way to acquire, remember and using knowledge that is helpful in each daily life of the students. Students can opt in or opt out of viewing these microlearning resources. This

type

of

flexible

learning

lets

learners

know

that

their time is valuable and that content is available but

that

they

are

autonomous

learners

who

can

find

the

information that they need to be successful in a course. It is very obvious that this approach is accessible in any given time and place, thus maximize the learning retention in a way that is easy to understand and remembered. Thus, it only makes sense to deliver micro-courses on a

device

they're

already

choosing

to

use. By

combining

microlearning with mobile learning, you'll get the benefits of both (i.e. higher engagement, participation, retention and completion rates). Learners can build their skills on the

go and

even

use

microlearning

courses

as

a

quick

reference guide to go back to anytime, anywhere. One of the benefits of online learning is that it’s much easier to fill a course with visual elements instead of text-heavy content. In microlearning, infographics, images and other media

can

engage

learners and

help

them

remember

information better. Video is one of the most effective ways to transfer knowledge as it can cater to most learner types: visual, aural and verbal. Add subtitles to reach the linguists who prefer

reading

and

make

sure

all

learners

have

video

control. Some might need to pause to process information before going any further. Most importantly, microlearning videos need to be short otherwise learners will disengage and disconnect. Effective microlearning courses are clear and focused. Your choice of language should reflect that. Replace formal, complex and long-winded thoughts with the active

voice,

simple

words,

and

a

conversational

tone.

These small changes make a big impact on your learners’ engagement.

Students

oftentimes

more

updated

in

social

media, so these means of giving and feeding information will be used in classrooms so that everyone will be able to broaden their minds. It is very important that they are able to learn through applications based on real situations that are happening around them. It is very easy to learn to show them how rather than knowing them through verbal and written in the books. Showing them videos how it works will emphasize a thousand of thoughts which took hours and day to

discuss

in

a

room.

You

can

bring

the

worlds

closer

through experiencing them the reality by showing them.
