CHAPTER-1 COMPANY PROFILE Indiabulls Retail Services Limited operates in the retail industry in India. The company offers apparels, accessories, fragrances, cosmetics, footwear, home furnishing, and decor products, as well as provides groceries and other daily need products. It also wholesales its products for hotels, restaurants, caterers, food and non-food traders, institutional buyers, and professionals. The company operates 9 Lifestyle stores under Indiabulls Megastore and 36 super mart stores under Indiabulls Mart. AIMS & OBJECTIVES 1.
The main aim of this project is to find, what are the steps INDIABULLS LTD. is adopting to be the market leader and to differentiate itself from its competitors.
2. To obtain a huge response from given market area. 3.
To understand and study marketing strategy INDIABULLS LTD.
4. Understand the customer need and provide better service. 5. To study and identify the strength and weakness of organization. 6.
To study the overview of market share, demand, and marketing environment.

CHAPTER 5 RESEARCH & METHODOLOGY DEFINATION1. RESEARCH- Research is careful & systematic study in same field of knowledge, undertaken to establish fact or principles. 2. METHODOLOGY- Methodology can properly refer to the theoretical analysis of the methods appropriate to a field of study or to the body of methods.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY CONTAINS TWO TYPES DATA1.
PRIMARY DATA-
Original data compiled & studies for a specific purpose. For example a structured survey might be conducted for the purpose of discovering current attitudes on a particular topic, raw survey responses would be called primary data.
2 .SECONDARY DATAIn research, secondary data is data collected and possibly processed by people other than the researcher in question. Common sources of secondary data for social sciences include censuses large surveys and organizational records in historical research. Secondary sources are summaries, collections and interpretations of primary sources. My project study is based on analytical study. My project will be based on primary data collected by survey method with structured questionnaire.
