Rabbinical Judaism - Scriptural or Not? messianic.biz
Definition of Rabbinical Judaism – This term refers to Judaism as controlled by the Rabbis after the destruction of the Temple in 70A.D. The Rabbis incorporate the Talmud into Judaism as canon. This is of course error. All that is built on this error is also by definition error. A bad tree does not produce any good fruit. Matthew 7:17 - Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. Matthew 7:18 - A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Matthew 7:19 - Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Talmud is supposed to be the oral law handed down to Moses and passed onto the people. This is fairly absurd because Talmud contradicts the Old Testament in numerous places actually all over the place. The writer of these Talmudic books were not legitimate prophets who ever did the mighty miracles to testify of their approval and being sent by God. The Temple was destroyed in 70A.D as a sign to show that Judaism was absolutely over. One cannot be a practising Jew without the Temple and the sacrifices. The faith shifted into a new dispensation with Yehsua Ha Mashaich as the Messiah and atoner for all of our sins offering eternal life and salvation simply by faith in him and calling on his name. The works of the law were over. Well in order to keep control over the people they came up with the oral law to keep the rituals going. It also provided them a livelihood taking money from the followers. This was of course a work of satan, doctrine of devils. They say Moses gave counsel to the elder in the desert to assist him in counseling the people and settling the disputes they had. Nonsense, What is plainly stated is that God placed the spirit that was upon Moses onto the seventy and they prophesied and of course were them able to give counsel. Numbers 11;24 -And Moses went out, and told the people the words of the LORD, and gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people, and set them round about the tabernacle. 25 -And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease. The Talmudic books are not cannon. If you look for it there is a place where one of the books that was written later on says Yeshua is not the Messiah and they cite reasons like he was a man, he received worship etc.
Reading the Talmud – If it really gets your curiosity go get a set of the books and read them. They hardly make sense, they are vague, disjointed and greatly clash with the Old and New Testament. It is impossible to believe in the Talmud and the Bible, that is how bad it is. Congregational Use of the Talmud – Some congregations are actually reading the Talmud and teaching out of it. This is either the work of false believer or a greatly deceived person impersonating being a leader of a congregation. This is real bad fruit and will produce more bad fruit only. How can a work purporting to be canon that denies Yeshua as being Ha Mashiach have anything good associated with it? Impossible. It is calling God a liar and denying the faith 100%. The bible has all you need. Follow what Apostle Paul said: Romans 16:19 - For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil. Don’t concern your self with evil as in the Talmud; concern yourself with good as in the bible.
