HRP Quiz on Racial Discrimination The Human Rights Project at the Urban Justice Center (HRP) is one of the few human rights organizations dedicated to holding the city government accountable to the equal protection and advancement of human rights for all New Yorkers. HRP does this by raising awareness on systemic discrimination and proposing solutions from human rights standards and laws. One of the human rights instruments available for eliminating systemic discrimination is the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD).
