Quench Not The Spirit

A couple ideas came to mind several times today for Sunday nights. Yesterday evening you touched on the milk and meat of the word and lifelong babies. A study in scripture from milk to meat in order to grow would be good to help those who may still be 'comfortable with milk' and help those who have grown to not forget the basics. A study of scripture on God's will vs. our will would probably benefit those who are stuck and would also help the members of the church grow within the church which will in effect help the church grow in number. 1 Thess 5:19 Quench not the Spirit. Ephes 4:30 And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Eph 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. In a way they all 3 tie together in that we all need the moving of the Holy Spirit in order to grow and help us to discern the will of God in our personal lives and the will of God for the Church-local and global- to grow in spirit and number. May peace abound in and around you. May the Holy Spirit guide you in all truth and move you to perform that which God calls you to
