V/s EXPERIENCE Differentiation

Basic knowledge of subject. They have a learning attitude. They are reasonable. They don’t know “How to make a call”?

Practical knowledge about market. They have an attitude. They are expensive. But they know “How to handle the call reluctance”?

Continue……………… Perhaps they carry an attitude of belongingness of Highly reputed institutes ex. IIM’s , Symbiosis. They want the returns of invested money on studies.

They are down to earth and know the current behavior of the market and the customer. They have to arrange a bread and butter for their family at any cost.

Problems………….. lack of awareness tradition and attitude lack of regulations (or sometimes too strict rules) problems with legislation money difference between diplomas, certificates with regard to their content, quality and level

Key points Proper planning: Long term goals, short term objectives. Self-confidence Determination Experience

Hard to think but possible…… Success never depends upon grades. Think Outside the Box – Think Different Physical characteristics, personality, and a willingness to work hard. Why aren't all the graduates from IIM’s and IIT’s become successful

Attitudes should be adopted by freshers are……….. be simple and understandable be transparent be available and open be applicable to all hierarchy levels be mutually recognised be based on guaranteeing the required quality be supported with guidance and counselling
