This course is designed to develop the skills that will allow students to create safe and efficient quality healthcare systems. This course is designed for the students who seek an understanding of the administration and organization of quality and patient safety definitions, processes within the healthcare system. Course Objectives 1. Understanding the concept of Quality in HealthCare. 2. Historical Perspective of Quality, Patient Safety and Trends. 3. Healthcare Measures and Measurement. 4.
